  • Your contribution helps fund:

    • My ongoing counselling practicum and supervision hours

    • Administrative costs (intake forms, scheduling, secure data storage)

    • The Community Care Fund, which offers sessions for clients in financial hardship

    • Continued access to low-barrier, trauma-informed care for women, mothers, and youth

  • Not at this time. Because I’m currently offering sessions as a student counsellor, donations are considered personal contributions and are not tax-deductible.

  • That’s completely okay. Healing isn’t linear, and neither is financial capacity. You can adjust your donation amount at any time — increase, decrease, or pause — without judgment.

  • Yes! You can choose to sponsor a session for another client by contributing to the Community Care Fund. This allows someone who can’t currently contribute to still receive support. You’ll receive a thank-you message when your gift has been allocated.

  • Absolutely. Every session follows ethical counselling standards. Your intake form, notes, and personal information are kept private and securely stored. Nothing will ever be shared without your written consent, unless required by law for safety reasons (e.g., risk of harm).

  • Because I’m currently completing my counselling practicum and balancing community work, I can only take a few new clients each month. I read every intake with care and do my best to respond personally, even if I can’t offer a spot immediately.

  • That’s okay too. These sessions blend coaching and counselling, meaning we can explore emotional healing, clarity, or direction in a way that fits where you are — whether you’re looking for reflection, structure, or gentle accountability.

  • The Sanctuary will open in 2026 as a self-led online space offering guided programs, rituals, and reflection tools for those who prefer to move at their own pace.
