About Chloe

I support women who are:

• Tired of shrinking to fit
• Ready to break cycles and patterns
• Reclaiming softness, voice, and direction
• Seeking truth—not a persona
• Building lives, businesses,

or brands that feel sacred and sustainable

Chloe isn’t just trained to hold space—she’s lived through the kind of pain most people never speak aloud.

She’s a certified Life Coach through Rhodes Wellness College and is currently completing her degree in Counselling to deepen her capacity to walk with others through trauma, transition, and transformation.

But her deepest wisdom? It comes from surviving what tried to break her.

She’s lost businesses, relationships, and pieces of herself she once thought she couldn’t live without. She’s been gaslit by doctors, dismissed by police, betrayed by lovers, and raised in dysfunction. She’s walked through toxic love, sex work, and medical neglect. She’s grieved the soul-shattering loss of her dog, Bronx, while still rising each day to mother with intention.

She’s lived many lifetimes in one body—and for years, she wore a mask of strength while silently breaking. But one day, the truth whispered louder: she was meant for more than survival.

Now, Chloe walks beside women at all stages of BECOMING.

  • The struggling girl trying to find her footing.

  • The exhausted mama silently unraveling inside.

  • The woman in transition—between identities, between chapters, between who she was and who she’s becoming.

  • The ones who’ve done everything "right" and still feel lost.

And the women just trying to remember who they are beneath the noise.

Her work isn’t about fixing—it’s about unmasking.
About making room for the real, raw, and sacred truths we’re taught to hide.
It’s where your story is safe. Your voice is welcome. And your healing doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful.

If you’re craving a space to breathe, to be seen, and to begin again—

A conversation that might just shift everything.

She’s not here to rescue you.
She’s here to walk beside you—because she knows what it means to come undone… and still rise.

The Heart Behind Her Truth, Unfiltered.

It all began with a question:
How do I transmute my pain into medicine for the women who are exactly where I’ve been?

How do I create what I needed most, when I felt most alone?

That question became a fire.
A prayer.
A map.

Chloe has worn many titles in this lifetime—nanny, entrepreneur, entertainer, medicine woman, and mother. Each role taught her how to survive.
But it wasn’t until she let them all fall away that she finally began to live.

She created Her Truth Unfiltered as a sacred rebellion.
Against perfection.
Against performance.
Against pretending.

Because women have been systematically taught to shrink—
To silence their truth,
Soften their rage,
Swallow their grief,
And stay small.

We’ve been conditioned to perform strength while quietly breaking inside.

But we are not broken.
We are survivors.

This space is for the woman who is tired of shrinking.
Who is ready to reclaim the fullness of who she is—
Unmasked, unfiltered, and unapologetically whole.

Her Truth Unfiltered is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to yourself.

Messy.
Tender.
Raw.
Radiant.

Mama & Harlem Co.

A soft revolution in parenting and healing.

We love our kids deeply.
But love without tools often leads us to repeat the very patterns we swore we’d never pass down.
We don’t need more toys to ease our guilt—we need presence.
We need emotional language.
We need to learn how to communicate with our children—
instead of using silence to prove a point.
Because silence doesn’t teach safety.
It teaches fear, confusion, and disconnection.

When Harlem came into Chloe’s life, he cracked something open.
Motherhood became a mirror—reflecting not just love, but the unhealed parts of her own childhood: the silence, the shame, the lack of emotional tools.

She knew she couldn’t pass that on.

Mama & Harlem Co. was born from that knowing—
a heart-led space devoted to breaking generational cycles of emotional suppression, performative parenting, and disconnection.

Here, we believe:

  • Feelings are sacred.

  • Healing happens when we speak what was once unspoken.

  • And both mothers and children deserve tools that support their nervous systems, voices, and inner truth.

From this vision came our signature tools:

The Golden Bubble Spray
An emotional shield in a bottle. For moments of overwhelm, transitions, or sensory overload. A gentle ritual to reclaim your space and ground your body—whether you’re 3 or 33.

The Feelings Are Sacred Journal
A 31-day emotional awareness journal designed for children (and their grown-ups). A safe space to name emotions, track sensations, and build the emotional language many of us never had.

This isn’t about perfect parenting.
It’s about intentional connection.
It’s about growing up—alongside our children—
with softness, presence, and truth.

We may not have been raised this way.
But we get to raise them differently.
And in doing so—we raise ourselves, too.
